Michelle Vazzana is a founding partner and chief strategy officer of VantagePoint Performance, a global sales training and development firm. Vazzana is co-author of the best-selling book Cracking the Sales Management Code, and author of a new sales coaching book, Crushing Quota. She is a sought-after speaker on the topic of sales management and leadership and had more than 32 years of successful sales and management experience. She holds a master of science in organizational effectiveness and master’s certificated in both instructional systems design and total quality management from Marymount University. Michelle received her Ph.D. in organizational psychology from Walden University.
