Damian Wisniewski runs an SMB team for the Hiring Solutions business at LinkedIn. He has helped grow the SMB Sales organization from 15 reps to roughly 100 worldwide. Damian holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management where he helped organize the 2008 and 2009 Sloan Sales Conferences and was on the founding team of the Sloan Sales Competition. He also holds an AB in Mathematics from Harvard College.
Rachel Cavallo is a consultant with Symmetrics Group. She has 15 years of consulting experience focused on customer relationship management and sales force effectiveness across multiple industries including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, consumer packaged goods, real estate, and telecommunications.
Before joining Symmetrics Group, Rachel held senior managing consulting positions with The North Highland Company, Capgemini, and Ernst & Young. Rachel started her career in sales with P&G.

His experience spans from industry giants such as Siebel (now Oracle) and SAP, to a series of smaller companies including MarketLive, and most recently InsideView. Ralf is passionate about the ability of technology to enable more meaningful, and productive, relationships among professionals. He has been a pioneer in the area of social selling and continues to be not only an active evangelist for social selling, but instrumental in creating the next generation of social selling solutions.
